In my recent conversation with Chasen Chess, America’s Marketing Maverick and the head of the Denver Chapter of Guerilla Marketing, we had lots to discuss. I previously posted part 1 of our conversation – this is part 2. In this video we specifically discuss what some people call a USP – Unique Selling Proposition, or what others call a UCA Unique Competitive Advantage. Whatever you call it, you MUST stand out. Amazon already is known for low prices and huge selection; you can’t compete on these terms, so you have to be unique in some other way. Watch this video to help you determine what you UCA is.
